Samsung is going to launch Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) version soon in India. This phone is officially available in Russia. The price of this phone is not disclosed yet, but we can expect its price around Rs 8000/-. Let us have a quick look on the J1 (2016) specification:

It is powered with a quad core 1.3 GHz CPU, the brand of the CPU is not mentioned as the specifications of this phone on official website of Samsung is yet to be disclosed. Since Samsung gives its own AXINOS processors for phones of this range, we would expect same with this one too. The Galaxy J1 (2016) is backed by a 2050 mAh battery. It supports 4G LTE, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
VERDICT
Well by reading the specs I personally feel this device is overpriced. It has nothing special to be in the range of Rs 9000. At this price many powerful smartphones are available already in the market like Coolpad note 3, Meizu M2 and Meizu M2 note. At this price only the super AMOLED display is something that may attract customers but other features are very disappointing. Overall the phone is not worth to buy, it is overpriced.
