Lenovo K5 Note Launched With Full Metal Body

Lenovo has launched it all new K5 note in china. Few weeks ago they released Vibe k4 note. They termed it has killer note. But the performance did not leave any Killer impact on Users mind. As far as the specs are concerned, Lenovo doesn’t make a lot change in the k5 note. The processor is upgraded to MediaTek Helio P10 and the front camera is 8 MP followed by some minor changes. Also it has a full metal body as it is in the trend. The k5 note is priced at CNY 1099/- (Approx. Rs. 11,350/-). Let’s talk about the specs in detail:

PROCESSOR AND MEMORY:

The phone powers with a Mediatek Helio P10 SoC with 64-bit octa-core processor and Mali-T860 GPU.  It has only 2 GB of Ram which certainly disappoints many users. The Internal storage is 16 GB which can be expanded up to 128 GB by a micro SD card.

CAMERA AND DISPLAY:

In terms of camera, it sports 13 MP rear camera with PDAF (Phase detection auto focus) and dual tone flash. The selfie lover definitely like K5 note, as it has an 8 MP front shooter. It has the same 5.5 inch full HD display, which is very sharp and vivid. The display has 1920 by 1080 pixels resolution with 403 PPI (pixel per inch).

BATTERY, OS and DESIGN:

K5 note powers with a 3500 mAh non removable battery that supports Fast Charging. The K5 note runs on Android 5.1 with VIBE UI running on top of it. The phone also sports a FINGER PRINT Sensor at the back below the Camera. As far as the design is concerned it has all metal Uni-body design with dimensions of 152 x 75.7 x 8.49 mm. K5 note also packs Dolby ATMOS powered speakers which gives you rich multimedia experience.

CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS:

K5 note is a dual SIM 4G smartphone which also supports the 4G bands in India. Other connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, and FM radio.  

VERDICT:

In the launch of Lenovo Vibe K4 note Lenovo created so much hype saying K4 note is a KILLER NOTE. But the performance doesn't show any such KILLER instinct. Now Lenovo released K5 note, again no Big changes in the Specifications Column. With a Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, we may expect a lot better performance than K4. 8 MP front shooter is a good move by Lenovo followed by some minor upgrades like 3500 mAh battery and Full metal body. Well its too early to say anything about the K5 note as Lenovo not revealed its launch date in India
