Lenovo Launched Turbo Variant of Vibe P1 with 16 MP camera

Lenovo has launched Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo. This Phone is advanced version of Lenovo Vibe P1. Phone is currently available in Indonesia. There is no official news about its global launch but it may hit Indian market soon. In Indonesia phone is priced IDR 3,999,000 i.e roughly INR 20000/-. Camera of the phone is enhanced as compared to Vibe P1. All the specs seems similar to previous phone.

Processor & RAM:

Vibe P1 turbo is powered by 1.5 GHz QUALCOMM snapdragon Octa-core processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. This processor unit is clubbed with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal space. To expand storage it has a SD card slot up-to 128 GB. Processor unit is good enough for multi-tasking and gaming. 

Operating System:

Vibe P1 Turbo is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and Vibe user interface on top of it. There is no news about its further upgrade to marshmallow but we can expect that it will receive Android 6.0 soon.

Camera:

It spots 16 Mega pixel of rear camera with auto focus and LED flash. There is a mismatch in specs i.e. also mentioned 13 MP camera. For selfie purpose it has 5 MP front facing camera. Picture quality is great on this phone and it contains a lot of details.

Display and Design:

Phone comes with 5.5 inch full HD IPS display with 1080p resolution and 401 PPI. Viewing angles and colours of display are very good. Dimensions of the phone are 75.6x9.9x152.9 mm and it weights 187 grams. Phone is 9.9 mm thick and quite heavy but look-wise phone is good.

Battery and Others:

Phone is backed with 4900 mAh battery and comes with fast charging support.  Mobile supports 4G LTE band in India. It also comes with connectivity options like NFC, USB OTG, FM Radio, A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, and Wi-Fi Hotspot.

Lenovo has launched Vibe X3 in India priced 19999/-. Initially this phone was launched in China 2 months ago. Lenovo claims it as flagship device. In 2016 Vibe X3 is second phone by Lenovo in India. On 5th January Vibe k4 Note was launched priced 11999/-. Vibe X3 is exclusively available on Amazon and sale will start on Thursday.

Processor and Memory:

Phone is powered by 64 bit hexa-core(4 cores clocked at 1.4 GHz while remaining 2 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz) processor along with Adreno 418 GPU. This processor unit is coupled with 3 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Smartphone has one hybrid SIM slot which can be used for either SIM or SD card upto 128 GB. Phone has ability to perform any task. You can play high end games on this phone smoothly.  

Operating System:

Phone runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and Vibe UI. There is no official confirmation for further upgradation to Marshmallow but we can expect that it will receive in near future.

Camera:

Phone sports 21 MP rear camera with 6P lens, Sony IMX230 sensor, PDAF and LED flash. Phase detection auto focus helps to focus any object with in 0.09 seconds. You can click clear picture of your special moments with this camera. Images produced with this camera are clear and contains a lot of details. You can also record 4K videos with this camera. For selfie lovers it has 8 megapixel front facing camera.

Display & Design:

Phone comes with 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display. This display has 1080p resolution which gives pixel density of 401 PPI. It has protection of corning gorilla glass 3. It has good color reproduction and 178 degree viewing angle. It has fingerprint scanner at back panel just below camera. Dimensions of mobile are 154. x 76.5 x 9.3 mm and 175 gm weight. At edges it looks slip but at middle phone is quite thick. Phone has nice design and looks great in hand. 

Battery & Others:

Vibe X3 is backed with 3500 mAh non-removable battery. It supports fast charging. Lenovo claims that it will charge 0 to 60% in just 30 minutes. It will give you about 36 hours to 48 hours of backup with normal uses. 

Lenovo Vibe X3 is powered with Wolfson-powered audio technology and Hi-Fi Lenovo Sound with HD audio. Vibe X3 speakers are powered by Dolby Atom technology and also supports theatremax. Sound quality of Vibe X3 is really great.

Lenovo K5 Note Launched With Full Metal Body

Lenovo has launched it all new K5 note in china. Few weeks ago they released Vibe k4 note. They termed it has killer note. But the performance did not leave any Killer impact on Users mind. As far as the specs are concerned, Lenovo doesn’t make a lot change in the k5 note. The processor is upgraded to MediaTek Helio P10 and the front camera is 8 MP followed by some minor changes. Also it has a full metal body as it is in the trend. The k5 note is priced at CNY 1099/- (Approx. Rs. 11,350/-). Let’s talk about the specs in detail:

PROCESSOR AND MEMORY:

The phone powers with a Mediatek Helio P10 SoC with 64-bit octa-core processor and Mali-T860 GPU.  It has only 2 GB of Ram which certainly disappoints many users. The Internal storage is 16 GB which can be expanded up to 128 GB by a micro SD card.

In terms of camera, it sports 13 MP rear camera with PDAF (Phase detection auto focus) and dual tone flash. The selfie lover definitely like K5 note, as it has an 8 MP front shooter. It has the same 5.5 inch full HD display, which is very sharp and vivid. The display has 1920 by 1080 pixels resolution with 403 PPI (pixel per inch).

BATTERY, OS and DESIGN:

K5 note powers with a 3500 mAh non removable battery that supports Fast Charging. The K5 note runs on Android 5.1 with VIBE UI running on top of it. The phone also sports a FINGER PRINT Sensor at the back below the Camera. As far as the design is concerned it has all metal Uni-body design with dimensions of 152 x 75.7 x 8.49 mm. K5 note also packs Dolby ATMOS powered speakers which gives you rich multimedia experience.

CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS:

K5 note is a dual SIM 4G smartphone which also supports the 4G bands in India. Other connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, and FM radio.  

VERDICT:

In the launch of Lenovo Vibe K4 note Lenovo created so much hype saying K4 note is a KILLER NOTE. But the performance doesn't show any such KILLER instinct. Now Lenovo released K5 note, again no Big changes in the Specifications Column. With a Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, we may expect a lot better performance than K4. 8 MP front shooter is a good move by Lenovo followed by some minor upgrades like 3500 mAh battery and Full metal body. Well its too early to say anything about the K5 note as Lenovo not revealed its launch date in India

The lemon 3 sports 5 inches full HD display with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels at a PPI(pixels per inch) of 441 pixels per inch. This will give a very vibrant and crispy experience to its users. The phone doesn’t look to have a metallic body, its dimensions are 142.00 x 71.00 x 7.99 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 142.00 grams.

Processor and Memory

It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 1.5 GHz octa core chipset and 2 Giga Bytes of RAM. It has 16 Giga Bytes internal storage which can be expandable up to 128 GB via micro SD card. The processor 616 chipset is known for heating issues and it’s interesting to see how Lenovo would tackle the problem of Heating.

Camera and OS

Lemon 3 sports 13 MP rear shooter for taking beautiful shots and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. The high pixel density will produce the images sharp and crispy with natural colours. It would be great deal for those who are busy in doing photography. The phone runs on Android 5.1 and Lenovo’s own user interface on top of it.

Battery and Connectivity

It has a 2750 mAh non removable battery. As per the specs of this phone it might have a 3300 mAh battery to provide a single day use without charging. Lenovo did not mention about the fast charge feature, for that we have to wait till a hands on review. It’s a dual Sim device that accepts two micro Sim-cards. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).

LENOVO ACQUIRED THE MOTOROLA MOBILITY

The leading Chinese PC manufacturing company Lenovo has completed the acquisition of the Motorola mobility this Tuesday. The Chinese giant has bought the Motorola for $2.9 billion from Google.

Google acquired Motorola in 2012 for $12.4 billion, but failed to bring the iconic mobile market back to growth. Lenovo claims that they would revive the Motorola mobiles and sale 100 million units in upcoming season.  

Beijing based Lenovo Group bought Motorola from Google, the deal pushes it to the world’s third largest smartphone producer, moving Xiaomi to fourth position.

Lenovo added later that they don’t believe the Motorola’s strategy of using the stock(basic) Android operating system, this tradition would change under Lenovo's belt. Now the new Motorola phones also comes with lots of customization as you could see in various devices.

Lenovo A7000 Turbo Lunched at 10999/- in India

Lenovo has launched the Lenovo A7000 Turbo. This is upgraded version of last year’s successful mobile A7000. This phone is exclusively available on Lenovo's official online store only. A7000 Turbo is priced 10999/- Last week Lenovo has released vibe K4 note in India. Both smartphones are in the same range but Lenovo is available on Amazon via flash sales only.

Processor Memory and OS:

Lenovo A7000 Turbo comes with 1.7 GHz octa-core Mediatek processor with Mali GPU. This processor is supported by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal. You can also expand storage via Micro SD card. Comparing to A7000 it has high clock speed and 8 GB extra internal which helps you to store more files and run more smoothly. It runs on Android 5.0 and Vibe UI on top of it. 

Camera and Display:

Turbo edition of A7000 camera is upgraded from 8 MP to 13 MP and front facing camera remains 5 MP for selfie. Now you can click more sharp images then before with extra pixels. It features 5.5 Inch IPS full HD display with 1080p resolution 401PPI. This display has 178 degree viewing angle. As A7000 had 720p display hence resolution of the display is improved to give you enhanced color experience on same 5.5 inch display.

Lenovo has completely upgraded A7000 so that it can meet the customer’s requirements. It has extra clock speed, more internal space, enhanced camera and display pixel density.
