What to keep in Mind While Buying Smartphone?

Today's smart world is empty without smartphone but do you ever think of that what a smartphone should have? Selection of brand  completely depends upon user.  Here I have the list of the features and requirements for a best smartphone. 

OPERATING SYSTEM:

There are so many operating systems but some trending and best operating system are android, iOS, Windows etc.

iOS: A big reason to select iOS is that its application are so selected and hanging problem is far away from it. All super-hot apps and games hits iOS first than any other OS. To own a Apple device you should have a good amount.

ANDROID: Android is trending worldwide as it is open source i.e. any mobile company can use it by taking permission from Google. You will get so many variants of smartphones wear Android OS. Most important thing while buying a smartphone is checking the version of Android OS. Android 6.0 Marshmallow is the latest version. If you want to enjoy the hot games and apps at less price then you can go for it. 

WINDOWS: Windows is also one of the optimized OS, but it is not so popular in the market as Android and iOS but it also has its own values.  After the release of windows 10, some windows OS feature are enhanced.

Processor:

Processor is a must need of a smartphone. There are a lot of processors available in the market. Your phone should have at least Quad-core processor and 1.2 GHz clock rate. Android 5.0 and above are 64 bit, so check processor is 64 bit or not. 64 bit processor has better RAM management. If you plays high end games then processor should be at-least hexa-core or octa-core. 

Display:

While buying a smartphone user should check the quality of display. User should consider the size, viewing angle, and viewing quality, colors of the display, brightness, and resolution of the display. Today’s smartphone’s have the display resolution of 480p, 720p, 1080p etc. At least 720p resolution is preferred for the better viewing of videos. Display should have protection of corning gorilla glass or Dragon tail.

 Size:

Size of the phone depends upon user. Some user wants handy phone so 4.5 to 5.2 inch display size is perfect. Some users love to play videos and games on big display so go for 5.5  to 6 inch display.

Design and Look:

This is most important part of phone. About 95% users wants to have phone with great look and design. Phone with better screen to body ratio and metal design looks pretty. Slim phones with symmetric design looks pretty.

Camera:

Without camera phone can never be smart. Phone should have at least 8 or 13 MP camera. Quality of the camera does not  depends upon Mega pixels so be careful and ask a review to other users or tech bloggers for more details about camera. Now a days selfie is more popular in India so check for the front camera.

RAM and Internal:

If you are going to buy a android smartphone then RAM is the major issue. As you will play high end games you will require RAM so that your phone will not slow down. Today android smart-world is empty without 2 GB of RAM. As you will get some software update and the newer software may require high RAM so you should take care of it.

Internal storage required for the phone should be at least 8/16 GB so that you can store all the apps into the internal storage. It should have SD card slot. If your phone does not have expandable slot then it should have at least 16 GB or 32 GB internal otherwise later you will suffer.

Network and Connnectivity:

In India 4G LTE is supported. Most of the network providers are giving 4G facility in the 3G rates. So check that phone supports 4G or not. Basically all smartphones has Wi-Fi,  GPS, Hotspot, EDGE/GPRS, 3G etc. In some of the smartphones FM is absent, If you love to play FM then check it.

Battery:

Battery backup is major issue for smartphones. Backup of the battery also depends upon screen size and Pixel density of the phone. So the minimum battery for phone is given below.

• 4.5-5 Inch Display: 2500 or 3000 mAh 
• 5.5 Inch Display: 3500 or 4000 mAh

Root Yu Yutopia Unlock Bootloader and Install TWRP Easy Tutorial

Rooting your device is common on all Yu devices because you will not lose warranty. Rooting gives Super user permissions so that you can access more with your Phone. A lot of apps are available which gives more efficient output with root access.  You can use custom ROMs on your phone. You can also install some Apps that are not combative without root. You can extant your battery life. You can also save your data that is eaten up by some apps. So let’s move to the tutorial.

Important Before rooting:

Make a backup of your complete data because rooting will erase whole internal space and apps installed on it.

Your battery should be at least 30 %.

Your phone will not lose warranty so don't worry.

Do this procedure at your own risk because I'm not responsible if anything happens to your phone.

Required:

Laptop or Personal computer with Windows OS.

Yutopia Smartphone.

Drivers, adb and fastboot or download from here and extract it.

Rooting Yutopia has 2 steps:

1. Unlocking bootloader 
2. Installing custom Recovery and superSU app.

Step 1: Unlocking Bootloader:

1. Go to settings => open about phone and tap 7 times on "Build Number". It will turn on developer’s option.
2. In settings go to Developers option and turn on USB debugging, turn on OEM Unlocking.
3. Turn Off your phone. Now press and hold volume up button and connect to pc via USB cable.
4. You phone will boot to bootloader and pc will start installing drivers. Wait till drivers get installed.
5. Now open extracted folder and press shift key right click anywhere in folder and select "open command prompt here".
6. In command window type the following command: fastboot -i 0x2A96 devices
7. If device is connected then you will get output as shown in image. If not then device is not connected because of driver problems so install drivers again.
   
8. If output is same the type: fastboot -i 0x2A96 oem unlock
9. Let the procedure gets complete. That’s it, Now disconnect you phone and reboot your phone.

Step 2: Installing Custom Recovery and root access:

1. Download 2 files custom recovery from here and SuperSU app zip from here. Now copy SuperSU update.zip into your phone internal storage.
2. Now turn on "USB debugging" and turn off "update cyanogen recovery" in developer’s option.
3. Now again turn off your phone. Press and volume up and connect to pc and let the drivers install.
4. Now open the folder where you placed your recovery.img file.
   
5. To flash recovery type following command: fastboot -i 0x2A96 boot recovery.img
6. Now you phone will boot to TWRP recovery. (or manually boot to recovery, press and hold volume down and power button together).
7. Select install and select the SuperSU update.zip and swipe to flash. Let it flash SuperSU app.
8. That it, your phone is rooted now. Enjoy Super user permissions.

10 Things You should Know Before flashing custom ROM:

1. Root Access: You smartphone should be rooted before installing a custom ROM. Root access give you Super User permissions. With Root permission you can expand your battery life, you can save your internet data, custom themes etc. Note: You will lose your warranty after rooting your phone. To get back in warranty you need to unroot your phone.

After rooting you can easily install custom recovery via flashily tool of Mobile Uncle Tool. 3. Backup of current ROM: Before flashing a custom ROM you should make backup of your current ROM. If any problem occurs in flashing/installing custom ROM then you can restore this backup and you can resume form the point where you left on your phone last time. Please make enough space available in SD card or internal storage for backup.   
4. Warranty: You will lose your warranty after flashing a custom ROM. But you can get back into warranty by restoring the backup that you made of official ROM. After restoring just unroot you phone. Some smartphone companies are there which gives you authority of rooting and installing custom ROMs like YU televentures.
5. Flashing process takes time: It may time about 4 to 8 minutes for flashing the custom ROM, it depends upon size of ROM and also depends upon your phone. After flashing ROM you have to reboot your system. Your first boot will take about 10 minutes so wait for it. Please don't remove battery in between the processor. You may brick you device.
6. Make Backup of APPS: Before flashing a custom ROM make a backup of all apps, contacts, calls and message because flashing process will delete all you installed apps.
7. Factory reset: Factory reset your phone before flashing a custom ROM and then clean flash the new ROM. It will wipe old catch partition hence your new ROM will run more smoothly.
8. Battery: You phone should be at least 50% charged before flashing a custom ROM.
9. ROM selection: Always choose a ROM made for your smartphone only. You can't install ROM of other phone so please note this point. Also check that ROM should be in stable state. All developers mentions that work on ROM is in process or ROM is stable.
10. Do not connect charger while flashing a custom ROM. It will heat up your device. Heating device may create problem in device.

Auto Reboot/ Auto lock Solution Yureka, Yuphoria

About all the Yureka and Yuphoria users has got cyanogen 12.1 update on Yureka, Yureka Plus and Yuphoria. This update has solved so many problem and bugs present in Cyanogen 12. But now the major issues smartphones facing are auto rebooting, auto sleep, auto lock. So here we have solution for that issue.

The best solution for above problems is formatting your phone. But users don't want to loose there data so follow the steps given bellow. By following these steps you will not loose your data.

Procedure:

1. Go to settings, then open themes. Now just select default theme.
2. Go to accounts in setting and delete your Google account and Cyanogen account.
3. Not go to apps in settings and find Google app. Delete all data of Google app.
4. Now delete all data of Google play Services.
5. Now tun off your phone.
6. Long press volume up + Volume Down + Power button, All together.  Now you system will boot to recovery mode.

Install Official Cyanogen OS 12.1 on Yureka Plus Running Android 4.4 Kitkat

Update Yureka & yureka plus Manually to CM 12.1 OS

Hello guys the CM 12.1 update for Yureka and Yureka plus is rolling now. As update is rolling in phases so every one of us has to wait for our turn. But if you can’t wait and want to update it now then follow steps given bellow and update is manually.

Steps to Update Yureka and Yureka Plus Manually:

1. Click the link bellow to download the signed file. You have to download signed file because you can flash it through recovery, which is easy and fast method. 
2. (Click to download Zip file). 
3. Now put this file in your Internal/SD card. (Put is directly in root folder hence finding file is easy.)
4. Now open developers option in settings. Check advance reboot option and turn it on. (If you can't see the developers option then go to about phone and click 7 times on build number, your developers option will get unlocked.)
5. Now long press power button and click reboot. Now click on recovery. Now wait till phone boot to recovery.

Target utama Indonesia Broadband Plan 2014-2019 membawa konektivitas nirkabel bagi semua penduduk di perkotaan dan menjangkau 52 persen penduduk di daerah pedesaan serta membuat koneksi internet menjadi lima persen dari pendapatan bulanan masyarakat Indonesia pada akhir 2019.

"Yang lebih menarik Internet.org ini dapat diakses secara cepat oleh telepon genggam yang memiliki jaringan data 2G, karena 70 persen pengguna internet di Indonesia jaringan datanya masih 2G," kata Rusli.

Fitur-fitur yang diberikanpun ringan sehingga dapat diakses jaringan data 2G.

Pendiri dan Chief Executive Officer Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, mengatakan, internet adalah sarana yang sangat tepat untuk memajukan kondisi sosial ekonomi.

"Ketika orang memiliki akses ke layanan internet dasar di bidang pekerjaan, kesehatan dan pendidikan, mereka dapat mengubah taraf dan komunitasnya," kata Zuckerberg.

File sharing dengan Laptop tanpa Kabel. Kadang kita harus mentransfer file dalam HP ke Laptop, namun ternyata kabel datanya tidak ada, atau Laptop belum terinstal USB Driver. Kadang kita repot mendownload USB Driver. Namun itu bisa dilakukan jika ada internet. Berikut ini saya akan memberikan tip untuk memidahkan file dari Android tanpa kabel dan internet dengan menggunakan samba filesharing. Langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut :
1. Pastikan Android sudah diroot
Pertama -tama Anda harus memastikan bahwa ponsel cerdas Anda diroot. Selain itu, instal Superuser.
2. Instal Samba
Kita akan menggunakan Samba Filesharing untuk Android dengan funkyFresh untuk mengubah smartphone Anda menjadi perangkat penyimpanan jaringan Anda dapat mengakses dari Laptop Anda. Download dan install aplikasi gratis.
3. Aktifkan wifi hotspot, sambungkan Laptop ke Wifi hotspot (jika tidak ada wifi)
Jika tidak ada wifi di tempat Anda, untuk dapat mengakses file menggunakan samba, Anda harus mengaktifkan wifi hotspot dan menyambungkan Laptop Anda.
4. Izinkan akses superuser
Jalankan Samba untuk pertama kalinya dan Superuser app akan muncul menanyakan apakah Anda akan memberikan akses untuk Samba untuk memiliki akses superuser. Klik izinkan sebelum batas waktu habis.
5. Tetapkan password
Untuk mempermudah, silakan tetapkan password untuk dapat mengakses file di ponsel Anda. Dalam menu Settings, klik password dan tentukan password Anda.

6. Aktifkan Samba
Saat samba dibuka, maka file sharing akan dinonaktifkan. Untuk mengaktifkannya tinggal pilih Enable dari menu. Saat tampilan network muncul berarti samba sudah aktif.

7. Sambungkan ke Laptop Anda
Sambungkan ke LAPTOP Anda melalui Windows Explorer. Atau anda dapat menyambungkan dengan menjalankan run kemudian ketik \\ANDROID.

8. Masuk ke smartphone Anda
Setelah RUN ketik \\ANDROID, maka akan muncul jendela yang menampilkan kotak login.  Masukkan SDCARD sebagai pengguna, masukkan password yang Anda tentukan pada Langkah 5 dan klik OK.
9. Akses SDCard Anda
Sekarang Anda akan dapat menavigasi file pada SDCard smartphone dan internal memori Android Anda. Membukanya, menyalinnya ke LAPTOP Anda, atau menghapusnya seperti yang Anda lakukan dengan files pada disk LAPTOP Anda.

10. Perubahan Nama
Jika Anda ingin menggunakan nama lain selain ANDROID untuk ponsel Anda, atau nama lain selain SDCARD, Anda dapat mengubahnya pada menu NetBIOS Name dan Username pada menu Settings.
